Step 1: Introductory Call
The first task is to understand what specific goals, aspirations, and results you want to achieve for yourself. We may discuss current and past medical conditions, past injuries, current complaints, and areas you need help with.
Step 2: Biomechanical Analysis and Musculoskeletal assessment
Pierre's CHEK Practitioner assessment is one the most comprehensive in the industry. In this stage I identify areas of dysfunction or imbalance, and define which corrective and integrated movement protocols will work best for you. I look at the root causes of pain or dysfunction, as well as what is causing symptoms.
Step 3: Health, Nutrition, & Lifestyle Check Up
Nutrition & Lifestyle forms the foundation upon which body mind health can be built upon. In this third stage I look to identify issues related to nutrition, sleep, stress, and digestion - all of which can prove to be roadblocks to injury rehabilitation, persistent pain, energy/vitality, exercise, and fitness goals.
Step 4: The Structured Coaching Process
Pierre will design a complete personalised wellness and exercise program based on his findings from your assessments and your coaching will begin. This will be on a 1-2-1 basis.
Pierre will coach you to follow an Advanced Corrective Exercise Program, and if needed, support you in other areas of lifestyle and nutrition.
The overall aim is to:
Bring balance to your life;
Increase your health, vitality, energy levels, and immune system;
Re-shape and promote greater function of your body - for your current activity, overcome injury, to achieve personal goals, or for athletic performance.
All packages include complete program design, weekly 1-2-1 sessions, a home-program, as well as access to the online member's platform.
