Integrated Health Coaching
Integrated health coaching is the understanding that there's more to health than exercise or counting calories. Identifying issues related to digestion, gut health, stress, and sleep, are all important factors for increasing energy, vitality, improving body function, rehabilitation, and athletic performance optimisation.
Corrective Exercise
Targeted exercise to help restore optimal function of the musculoskeletal system, undo muscle imbalances and poor posture, and develop optimal movement patterns.
Kinesiology
The study of the anatomy, physiology, and mechanics of body movement. The science of exercise, especially as a therapeutic agent.
The first task is to understand what specific goals, aspirations, and results you want to achieve for yourself. We may discuss current and past medical conditions, past injuries, current complaints, and areas you need help with.
Pierre's CHEK Practitioner assessment is one the most comprehensive in the industry. In this stage he identifies areas of dysfunction or imbalance, and defines which corrective and integrated movement protocols will work best for you. He looks at the root causes of pain or dysfunction, as well as what is causing symptoms.
Nutrition & Lifestyle forms the foundation upon which body mind health can be built upon. In this third stage he looks to identify issues related to nutrition, sleep, stress, and digestion - all of which can prove to be roadblocks to injury rehabilitation, persistent pain, energy/vitality, exercise, and fitness goals.
Pierre will design a complete personalised wellness and exercise program based on his findings from your assessments and your coaching will begin. This will be on a 1-2-1 basis.
Pierre will coach you to follow an Advanced Corrective Exercise Program, and if needed, support you in other areas of lifestyle and nutrition.

Re-shape and promote greater function of your body - for your current activity, to overcome injury, to achieve personal goals, or for athletic performance.
